MT4 Copier

Telegram to MT4 Copier: Copy Signals Automatically

Automatically copy Telegram forex signals to MetaTrader 4 using your own signal sources. Match broker symbols, set account lots, and manage breakeven and partial close. Follow the MT4 EA setup below and verify your first order on demo.

Quick answer

What is a Telegram to MT4 copier?

A Telegram to MT4 copier reads trade instructions from your selected Telegram channels or groups and passes them to MetaTrader 4. Signal parsing identifies the symbol, order direction, entry, stop loss, and take profit before the MT4 EA attempts execution. Optional AI Recognition follows the features available in your active copier plan.

Copier plans from $9.90 USD/month. Create and verify your account, then confirm a paid plan to activate copying. Free registration is not a copier subscription. MetaAPI, if selected, requires your own separate paid subscription.

Best for

Use your own Telegram signal sources

Connect a Telegram account that can already open the channels you want to copy, then choose those sources in the dashboard. The copier automates delivery of their instructions; it does not provide signals, assess whether a trade is good, or guarantee trading results.

Signal intake

Recognize trade instructions

Parse entries, zones, SL, TP, and edited messages from selected Telegram channels and groups. Check the parsed output with your provider's actual message format before enabling live execution.

MT4 execution

Route to MetaTrader 4

The EA retrieves trade instructions through the bridge. Match the signal's symbol to the exact broker instrument, including any suffix, before testing an order.

Risk control

Manage each MT4 account

Use fixed or risk-based lots, breakeven, partial-close rules, and account-specific filters from the dashboard. Broker limits, market availability, and your execution settings can still cause an order to be rejected.

Before you start

What you need for Cloud + MT4 EA

  • A dashboard account with an active license and your own EA token.
  • A Telegram account with access to the signal channels or groups you select.
  • Your broker's MT4 demo account added in Accounts, with the same account number as the terminal.
  • The MT4 EA downloaded from your dashboard and attached to a chart.
  • MetaTrader 4 kept open, connected to the broker, with AutoTrading enabled.
  • The bridge URL allowed in WebRequest and the EA panel showing Bridge: connected.
Choose an execution method

Does your MT4 terminal stay open?

The Cloud + EA method connects Telegram on the website and removes the need for the Windows Client. It still needs a running MT4 terminal and EA on your computer or VPS.

The Windows/VPS method runs the Windows Client and MT4 on the same Windows machine. If you want execution without keeping your own terminal open, review the separate MetaAPI cloud method, including its external service requirements and cost.

Cloud + EA walkthrough

How to copy Telegram signals to MT4

1. Register the receiving MT4 account

Add your MT4 demo account number in Accounts. It must match the account logged into the terminal where you attach the EA. Confirm your license is active before continuing.

2. Connect Telegram and save sources

Sign in to Telegram from the dashboard, load channels, select the signal sources, and save. Check that your Telegram account can open those channels in the official Telegram app.

3. Install and connect the MT4 EA

In dashboard Installations, choose Cloud + EA and MT4, then download the matching .ex4 EA. In MT4, choose File → Open Data Folder, place it in MQL4/Experts, refresh Navigator, and attach it to a chart. An MT5 .ex5 file cannot replace the MT4 EA. In Options → Expert Advisors, enable automated trading and DLL imports, then allow WebRequest for https://telegramtomt5copier.com. Use that same Bridge API base URL in the EA inputs and paste your own token from Licenses. Enable AutoTrading and confirm Bridge: connected on the EA panel.

4. Match symbols and set execution rules

Check the exact instrument name in your broker's Market Watch, then configure symbol mapping and the demo account's lot, layer, and filter settings. Check the broker's minimum lot and stop-distance rules before sending a test.

5. Verify one test through Logs

Keep MT4 open and send a test through a source you control. In dashboard Logs, follow Telegram received through Trade result. Compare the parsed instruction and the resulting demo order in MT4: symbol, direction, volume, entry, SL, and TP. Test the formats you use before choosing whether to enable live execution.

Illustrative demo example

A Telegram message and its MT4 symbol

This invented message explains the fields. It is not a current trading signal or a recommendation to place an order.

EURUSD BUY LIMIT
Entry: 1.0800
SL: 1.0750
TP: 1.0900

Check that the parser recognizes EURUSD, a buy limit, and the three price levels. If Market Watch calls the instrument EURUSD.a, map the signal symbol EURUSD to EURUSD.a. Use your broker's actual name; suffixes differ between accounts.

The example does not specify volume. Review your account's configured lot or risk rule, and check whether the entry and stops are valid for the demo broker's current prices before testing.

Try the Telegram signal format tester

The tester previews parsed fields. It does not connect to Telegram or place an MT4 order; verify execution separately on your demo account.

Check the result

Signal received, but no MT4 order?

  • Read the newest Trade Result reason in dashboard Logs.
  • If the bridge is disconnected, check the token, matching WebRequest URL, AutoTrading, and running terminal.
  • If a command expired, check that the EA and selected bridge remained running.
  • For invalid parameters, check the broker symbol, minimum lot, entry type, SL/TP direction, and market availability.
  • For a risk or spread rejection, review account limits, maximum spread, tolerance, and trading-session filters.

An attempted order can fail. Confirm the result in Logs and MT4 rather than assuming a Telegram message has opened a trade.

FAQ

Telegram to MT4 copier questions

Can I copy Telegram signals to MT4 automatically?

Yes. After you connect Telegram, select your sources, and configure the receiving account, the platform can parse trade messages and deliver instructions to the MT4 EA. Check each test in Logs because broker rules and account settings can prevent execution.

Do I need to keep MT4 open?

Yes for Cloud + EA and Windows/VPS execution. Keep MT4 connected to the broker with the EA attached and AutoTrading enabled. The separate MetaAPI execution method does not require your own running terminal and has its own service requirements and cost.

Can it copy signals to broker symbols with a suffix?

Yes. Configure symbol mapping to the exact name in your broker's Market Watch, such as EURUSD to EURUSD.a. Test that mapping on the receiving demo account because instrument names and trading limits vary by broker.

Why was a Telegram signal received but no MT4 trade opened?

Read the newest Trade Result in Logs. Common checks include the EA connection, account number, broker symbol, minimum lot, entry and stop levels, market availability, and your risk, spread, or session filters.

Does the copier provide forex signals or guarantee profit?

No. You choose your own Telegram signal sources. The copier parses and routes their instructions; it does not supply trading signals or guarantee successful execution or profitable results.

Can I also use the platform for MT5?

Yes. The platform supports both MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5. Use the EA that matches your terminal and configure each receiving account separately. Follow the MT5 installation guide for that terminal.

How much does the Telegram to MT4 copier cost?

Copier plans start at $9.90 USD/month. Free registration does not include a copier subscription; access starts after your plan payment is confirmed. EA execution needs your own running PC or VPS. MetaAPI execution uses your own separately paid MetaAPI subscription.

Can I copy Telegram signals to MT4 without a VPS?

Yes. You can run the MT4 EA on your own computer instead of a VPS, but keep MT4 open and connected with AutoTrading enabled. For execution without your own running terminal, use your own MetaAPI account and its separately paid subscription.
