1. About these Terms
These Terms govern access to the Telegram To MT4/MT5 Copier website, dashboard, cloud features, Windows client, MetaTrader integrations, expert advisors, APIs, downloads, and related support (together, the Service). The Service is operated and sold by Raiverr Digital, a company established in Malaysia ("Raiverr Digital", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, buying a subscription, downloading software, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. You may use the Service only where its purchase and use are lawful for you. The Service is not offered in Israel. Availability of the website, an account, a download, or checkout does not mean that the Service is lawful, suitable, or regulated in your location.
You must not use the Service if sanctions, export controls, financial-services rules, broker rules, or any other applicable requirement prohibits that use. We may decline, restrict, or end access when reasonably needed for legal, compliance, security, or operational reasons.
3. What the Service does
The Service provides software tools that can read or receive Telegram messages and user-entered instructions, interpret potential trading instructions, and route them toward user-selected MT4 or MT5 accounts. Depending on your configuration, execution may use a Windows client and MetaTrader expert advisor, or a cloud connection through your own MetaAPI and broker account.
Automated parsing and execution can be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, rejected, or wrong. You decide which channels, messages, accounts, symbols, lot sizes, risk settings, filters, and execution mode to use. You must review your configuration and supervise the resulting activity.
4. Windows and cloud execution modes
Cloud mode and Windows Client mode are different execution paths. Only the mode selected for the relevant connection should be active. If Cloud mode is active in the dashboard, the Windows client's local listener may be prevented from starting until the application is switched back to Windows mode. You are responsible for selecting the intended mode and preventing duplicate or conflicting execution paths.
The Windows client runs in an environment you control. You are responsible for that computer or VPS, MetaTrader terminals, expert advisors, WebRequest settings, operating-system updates, internet connectivity, antivirus rules, and broker access.
5. No financial service, advice, or licence
Raiverr Digital provides software and does not hold a financial-services licence. We are not your broker, dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, portfolio manager, signal provider, exchange, custodian, fiduciary, or tax adviser. We do not recommend a trade, signal source, broker, instrument, strategy, or risk level, and we do not promise any profit or result.
You control the accounts and third-party services connected to the Service and make all trading decisions. You are responsible for obtaining independent financial, legal, tax, and regulatory advice where appropriate. See the Trading Risk Disclosure.
6. Accounts, credentials, and permissions
Give accurate information, keep it current, protect your password and connected-service credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
You may connect only Telegram channels, MetaTrader accounts, broker accounts, MetaAPI accounts, devices, and other resources that you own or are authorised to use. Do not share an account in a way that bypasses plan limits. We may require reasonable verification before changing account ownership, billing details, or access credentials.
7. Third-party services
The Service interoperates with independent third parties, which may include Telegram, MetaQuotes/MetaTrader, brokers, MetaAPI, Stripe, Trustpilot, OpenAI or another enabled AI provider, hosting and email providers, analytics providers, and live-chat providers. Their services and terms are separate from ours. They may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue access without our control.
We are not responsible for a third party's availability, prices, execution, account decisions, security, content, or compliance. You must maintain any third-party subscriptions, approvals, API access, and compatible settings required for your chosen setup. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners; their mention does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
8. Subscriptions, renewal, taxes, and payment
Raiverr Digital is the seller of the Service. Stripe currently processes payments for us and does not replace Raiverr Digital as the seller. The checkout or order confirmation identifies the plan, billing interval, currency, recurring price, and any trial or promotion that actually applies.
Unless checkout states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method. Prices do not include taxes unless checkout expressly says they do; applicable taxes, duties, or similar charges may be calculated or added where required. You are responsible for taxes that law requires you to pay directly.
Failed or reversed payments may result in retry attempts, plan restrictions, or suspension after any notice required by law. We will give notice of material price changes where required. Business customers are responsible for supplying valid billing and tax information.
9. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel through the available billing controls or by emailing support. Unless checkout or mandatory law states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the already-paid billing period. Cancellation does not itself refund a past charge.
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes a refund, withdrawal, cancellation, repair, re-performance, price-reduction, chargeback, or other right that cannot lawfully be waived.
10. Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, you must not break the law, infringe rights, compromise accounts or systems, distribute malware, evade access or plan limits, resell without permission, create excessive load, or use the Service to make deceptive claims about guaranteed trading returns.
11. Intellectual property and permission to use the Service
Raiverr Digital and its licensors retain ownership of the Service, software, documentation, branding, and other materials, excluding content that you or third parties own. A paid subscription is access to the Service; it is not a sale or transfer of our intellectual property.
While your account and applicable subscription are active, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable right to use the Service for your own personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may allow your authorised personnel to use a business account, but you remain responsible for them. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, sell, or create derivative products from the Service except where applicable law expressly prevents that restriction.
You give us a limited permission to host, transmit, parse, transform, and otherwise process the content and instructions you provide only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and comply with law. You retain any rights you have in that content.
12. Availability, updates, and beta features
We work to keep the Service available, but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or latency-free operation. Maintenance, security work, third-party failures, internet conditions, Telegram changes, broker conditions, MetaTrader behaviour, or MetaAPI changes can affect the Service.
We may fix, update, replace, limit, or discontinue features. Material changes affecting a paid subscription will be handled subject to the contract and mandatory law. Preview, beta, AI-assisted, and experimental features may be less reliable and may change without notice.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, a material breach, unlawful or harmful use, a security threat, third-party restrictions, or legal obligations. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. We may act immediately where delay could create harm or legal exposure.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Terms that by their nature should continue after termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions, will continue.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that a message will be interpreted correctly, a trade will be placed or closed, a broker will accept an order, risk controls will prevent loss, or the Service will produce a particular financial outcome. Screenshots, examples, backtests, simulations, and historical data are illustrative and are not promises of future performance.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, guarantee, or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raiverr Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, opportunity, data, goodwill, trading capital, or anticipated savings, arising from or related to the Service. This includes losses connected with signals, automated execution, slippage, rejected or duplicate orders, account mapping, downtime, third-party services, or your settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to Raiverr Digital for the affected Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other category protected by mandatory law.
16. Business-user indemnity
If you use the Service for business purposes, then to the extent permitted by law you will indemnify Raiverr Digital against third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use, infringement of another person's rights, unauthorised connections, or material breach of these Terms. This section does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Raiverr Digital or where consumer law prohibits it.
17. Governing law, disputes, and mandatory rights
These Terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from the Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without applying rules that would select another law. Subject to the next sentence, the courts of Malaysia have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This choice does not remove any governing law, court, tribunal, regulator, ombudsman, small-claims process, procedure, or protection that mandatory consumer law makes available to you.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent protective relief or using another remedy that applicable law preserves.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or Service changes. We will post the updated version and effective date and provide additional notice where required. If a change materially affects an active paid subscription, it will apply as permitted by the contract and applicable law. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance only where the law permits that method of acceptance.
