1. Scope
This Policy applies to every use of the Telegram To MT4/MT5 Copier website, dashboard, cloud features, Windows client, APIs, downloads, expert advisors, licences, integrations, and support channels operated by Raiverr Digital, a company established in Malaysia. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
You are responsible for your users, devices, integrations, signal sources, content, and activity. Business account owners must ensure their authorised personnel follow this Policy.
2. Lawful and authorised use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with accounts, channels, messages, systems, devices, and data that you own or are authorised to access and process. You must comply with applicable financial-services, market-abuse, sanctions, export-control, privacy, intellectual-property, communications, consumer, tax, and cybercrime laws, as well as broker, Telegram, MetaAPI, MetaTrader, prop-firm, and other provider terms. The Service is not offered in Israel.
Do not use technical availability as evidence that an activity is legal or permitted.
3. No unauthorised access or interference
You must not access or attempt to access another user's account, signal source, trading account, session, token, file, or data without permission. You must not use credential stuffing, stolen credentials, automated account takeover, scraping, probing, scanning, exploitation, or another technique to bypass or defeat authentication, licence checks, plan limits, rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
You must not introduce malware, ransomware, spyware, destructive code, credential theft, hidden miners, or harmful payloads. You must not interfere with availability, overload infrastructure, automate excessive requests, conduct denial-of-service activity, or use undocumented interfaces in a manner that creates security or operational risk.
You must not falsify request origins, headers, identities, receipts, logs, referrals, payment status, or security information. Vulnerability testing is permitted only as good-faith, non-destructive research consistent with our Security Practices; it must never access another person's data, change a trade, or disrupt the Service.
4. Trading and financial misconduct
You must not use the Service to commit or facilitate fraud, market manipulation, insider dealing, wash trading, false liquidity, coordinated manipulation across multiple accounts, deceptive promotion, unauthorised investment advice or portfolio management, theft, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any regulated activity for which you lack required authorisation.
Do not claim that Raiverr Digital endorses a signal, broker, strategy, or return. Do not market the Service or an integration using false performance, guaranteed-profit, risk-free, official-partnership, regulatory-approval, or misleading customer-result claims.
5. Content and communications
You must not route, upload, transmit, or send content that is unlawful, threatening, exploitative, defamatory, fraudulent, malicious, privacy-invasive, or infringing. This includes stolen signal content, unlawfully obtained personal data, malicious links, credential-harvesting messages, and content that violates a Telegram channel owner's or other person's rights.
Do not use support, contact, live chat, email, or automated features for spam, harassment, impersonation, scams, bulk unsolicited communication, or abusive content.
6. Intellectual property and resale
You must not copy, redistribute, publish, sell, rent, sublicense, white-label, or commercially exploit the Service, software, expert advisors, downloads, documentation, licence keys, tokens, or access credentials except with Raiverr Digital's written permission. A white-label or reseller arrangement requires separate approval and a written agreement. Do not remove ownership notices or use our branding to imply affiliation.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent technical protections except to the limited extent applicable law gives a non-waivable right to do so. You remain responsible for obtaining rights to signals, messages, software, and other third-party content you connect.
7. Accounts, plans, and payment
Do not create accounts using false identities, share access to evade user, account, plan, licence, or device limits, automate signups, create duplicate accounts to obtain repeated benefits, abuse trials, discounts or promotions, manipulate affiliate attribution, use stolen payment methods, submit a knowingly false refund or dispute, reverse valid charges dishonestly, or resell a personal subscription. Keep billing and contact details accurate.
8. Data protection
Collect and process personal data through the Service only with an appropriate lawful basis, notices, permissions, and security. Use the minimum data needed, restrict access, and delete it when no longer required. Do not upload special-category, highly sensitive, children's, or third-party credential data unless the feature requires it, the use is lawful, and adequate safeguards are in place.
The Service is restricted to users aged 18 or older. Do not create an account for a child or knowingly use the Service to collect children's data.
9. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may preserve relevant records, limit features, revoke tokens or licences, remove content, suspend or terminate access, and notify affected providers or authorities where reasonably necessary and lawful. We will consider context, severity, repetition, risk, cooperation, and whether an issue can be remedied.
We may act immediately where delay could expose a person, trading account, system, or Raiverr Digital to material harm or legal risk. Enforcement does not limit other remedies available under the Terms or law.
10. Reporting misuse
Submit a Legal abuse report through our online contact form. Begin the message with Legal abuse report and include the account, URL, date, evidence, and impact where safe. Do not include passwords, tokens, payment-card numbers, broker credentials, or unnecessary personal data, and do not access another account merely to create a report. If the form is unavailable, contact support@telegramtomt5copier.com manually.
For a vulnerability rather than misuse, use the Security report subject and follow the responsible-disclosure instructions on our Security Practices page.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy to address new features, threats, abuse patterns, provider requirements, or legal obligations. We will post the updated version and effective date and provide additional notice where required.
