1. Who is responsible for your data
Raiverr Digital is a company established in Malaysia. It operates Telegram To MT4/MT5 Copier and is the controller of personal data when it decides why and how that data is processed. This Policy covers our website, accounts, dashboard, cloud features, Windows client, MT4/MT5 integrations, downloads, billing, and support.
We process personal data under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709), as amended by the Personal Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2024, where those laws apply, together with any other mandatory privacy law that applies to a particular person or processing activity.
For privacy or data-rights questions, email support@telegramtomt5copier.com with the subject Privacy request.
2. Data we may collect
The data we collect depends on the features you use. Account and identity data may include your name, email address, user ID, account status, and password hash. Legal acceptance data may include the policy versions presented, acceptance source and time, age or recurring-billing confirmation, an acceptance identifier and integrity hash, IP address, and browser information. Authentication and security data may include verification and reset records, session and API identifiers, login time, IP address, device and browser information, approximate location inferred from network data, and security events.
When you connect Telegram or trading services, we may process your Telegram phone number or account identifier, user and channel identifiers, channel names, connection or session data, and messages, replies, captions, screenshots, images, or excerpts needed to identify and process configured signals. Trading-integration data may include broker and server details, MT4 or MT5 account identifiers, MetaAPI identifiers or access credentials, connection mode, copier and risk settings, signal instructions, order and execution status, logs, errors, client version, device or licence identifiers, and heartbeat or diagnostic data.
Subscription and transaction data may include your plan, price, currency, billing interval, Stripe customer, subscription and invoice identifiers, payment status, refunds, disputes, tax-related information, and limited payment metadata returned by Stripe. Stripe generally collects payment-card details through its own checkout and does not provide the full card number to us.
Support, feedback, and communications data may include contact requests, emails, live-chat messages, AI-chat prompts and responses, attachments, troubleshooting details, feedback, review-invitation status, marketing preferences, and unsubscribe or suppression records. Website and usage data may include pages and features used, referring URLs, affiliate or referral identifiers, cookies, local-storage preferences, analytics events, performance data, and interaction or session-replay data where optional analytics consent permits it.
3. Where data comes from
We receive data directly from you; automatically from your browser, Windows client, expert advisor, and use of the Service; and from services you choose to connect. Those sources may include Telegram, MetaAPI, MetaTrader or your broker environment, Stripe, Trustpilot, live chat, analytics providers, affiliates, and support providers.
If another person or business configures an account for you, we may receive data from that authorised account administrator. Do not provide another person's data unless you have a lawful basis and any required permission or notice.
4. Why we process data and our legal bases
Where processing is necessary to perform a contract, we use personal data to create and administer accounts, provide selected copier modes, connect requested services, process subscriptions, deliver downloads, authenticate users, and provide support. Where applicable law recognises legitimate interests, we may process data to secure the Service, prevent abuse and duplicate execution, diagnose errors, maintain performance, understand product use, improve features, administer referrals, request neutral feedback about genuine customer experiences, and communicate about an account, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
We rely on consent to load optional analytics or live chat, send consent-based marketing, or carry out another activity for which applicable law requires consent. Consent may be withdrawn prospectively. We also process data where necessary to comply with legal obligations, maintain required financial records, respond to lawful requests, enforce legal restrictions, handle disputes, meet tax, accounting, consumer-protection or security duties, establish or defend legal claims, and protect people, accounts, or systems where necessary.
The exact legal basis may differ by country and context. We will provide an additional notice if a particular use requires one.
5. Automated copier processing
The Service can automatically analyse or parse configured Telegram messages, translate them into structured instructions, apply your settings, and route actions toward connected trading accounts. If you enable automatic execution, this processing may contribute to a trade with financial consequences.
Raiverr Digital does not use this automation to decide whether you qualify for employment, credit, insurance, housing, public benefits, or a similar legal entitlement. The copier follows the sources and settings you select; it is not a recommendation and does not assess whether a trade is suitable for you. Review outputs, test configurations, and use manual safeguards where appropriate.
6. Business customers and third-party messages
If a business customer directs us to process personal data contained in its Telegram channels, support records, or connected systems, that customer may be the controller and Raiverr Digital may act as its service provider or processor. The customer is responsible for lawful instructions, required notices, permissions, and responding to requests concerning data it controls.
Where a data-processing agreement or other legally required contract is needed, the business customer should contact us before using the Service for that processing.
7. Who receives data
We disclose only the data reasonably needed for the relevant purpose. Recipients may include providers of hosting, databases, storage, security, anti-bot controls, communications, email, and technical support, including Cloudflare where its security or challenge services are enabled. Stripe processes checkout, subscription, payment, refund, and dispute information. Trustpilot may receive a name, email address, and pseudonymous transaction reference needed to deliver a neutral service-review invitation after a genuine customer experience.
When you direct the Service to connect or transmit instructions, relevant data may be sent to Telegram, MetaAPI, MetaTrader, or broker systems. When you enable AI Recognition, screenshot analysis, or AI chat, the relevant text, image, prompt, settings, and context may be sent to OpenAI or another disclosed AI provider. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and DataFast may process optional analytics, customer-journey, conversion, and revenue-attribution data, and Tawk.to may provide optional live chat, only when your consent settings allow those services to load.
We may also disclose relevant data to affiliate, referral, accounting, audit, insurance, legal, and professional advisers; to authorities, courts, counterparties, or other persons when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, users, systems, or the public; and to a buyer, investor, or successor in a proposed or completed corporate transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.
We do not treat disclosure to payment, infrastructure, analytics, or support providers as permission for them to use data outside their own terms and our instructions. Some privacy laws define certain analytics or advertising disclosures differently; use Cookie settings to reject optional analytics.
8. International transfers
We and our providers may process data in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where a transfer mechanism is required, we use an available lawful safeguard appropriate to the transfer, such as an adequacy decision, approved contractual clauses, a recognised certification framework, or another legally permitted mechanism. We also assess providers and apply technical or organisational measures appropriate to the data and risk.
You may contact us for information about the safeguard relevant to your data, subject to confidentiality and legal limits.
9. How long we keep data
We retain personal data only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including providing the Service, maintaining security and continuity, resolving disputes, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping duties. Core account and configuration data is generally kept while an account is active and for a limited period needed to close, restore, or defend the account afterward. Signal content, message previews, execution logs, device events, and diagnostics are kept for the operational, troubleshooting, fraud-prevention, and dispute period reasonably needed for the relevant feature.
Billing, invoice, refund, tax, transaction, and legal-acceptance records may be retained for the longer period reasonably needed to administer the contract, resolve disputes, establish or defend legal claims, and meet financial, tax, consumer-protection, or recordkeeping duties. Support records are kept while a request is open and afterward as reasonably needed for quality, security, and legal claims. Marketing consent, objection, and suppression records may be retained as needed to prove or honour your choice. Backup copies are removed or overwritten according to backup cycles unless preservation is legally required.
We consider the data's sensitivity, volume, purpose, risk, legal requirements, and whether it can be aggregated or de-identified. Deleting our copy does not delete records held independently by Telegram, MetaAPI, Stripe, your broker, or another third party.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability; withdraw consent; opt out of certain marketing, analytics, sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; and receive information about processing or automated decisions.
Email us with the subject Privacy request and describe the request. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. An authorised agent may submit a request where local law allows it. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful refusal or extension. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a protected privacy right.
11. Marketing choices
You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting support. We may retain a limited suppression record so we can honour the choice. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential account, security, billing, transaction, or Service messages.
12. Cookies, analytics, and live chat
We use essential cookies and similar storage for sessions, security, language, consent, referral attribution, and interface preferences. Optional Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, DataFast, and Tawk.to features load only according to the consent controls presented on the site. You can reject or change optional categories through .
For categories, purposes, and controls, see our Cookie Policy.
13. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organisational measures intended to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No online service, local computer, transmission, or storage method is completely secure. You should protect your devices and credentials, restrict third-party tokens, and promptly report suspected compromise. See our Security Practices.
If a personal data breach occurs, we will assess it and notify the Personal Data Protection Commissioner of Malaysia and affected individuals when and within the time required by applicable law. We may contact affected users with protective steps or request additional information needed to investigate the incident.
14. Age restriction
The Service is for people aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly offer accounts to anyone under 18. If you believe an underage person has provided personal data, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
15. Complaints
Please contact us first so we can investigate. Depending on your location, you may also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Commissioner of Malaysia or to the data-protection, privacy, consumer, or other supervisory authority responsible for your place of residence, work, or the alleged infringement.
16. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when our Service, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the new version and effective date and provide additional notice where required. If we seek to use personal data for a materially different purpose, we will provide the notice or obtain the consent required by applicable law.
