Can I use the copier on a Mac?

Yes. Use the dashboard in your Mac browser. For EA execution, keep MT4 or MT5 and the EA running on a compatible PC or VPS. Alternatively, connect your own separately paid MetaAPI subscription for execution without your own EA or VPS. The Windows Client requires Windows.

Do I need a VPS or a running MetaTrader terminal?

EA execution needs an online PC or VPS running MetaTrader with the EA attached. Windows Client mode also needs the Windows app running. MetaAPI execution does not need your own terminal, EA or VPS, but requires your own active MetaAPI subscription and broker connection.

Is MetaAPI included in my copier plan?

Active copier plans include access to the MetaAPI connector. You purchase and manage the MetaAPI service subscription separately. Copier account limits and features still follow your active copier plan.

Do I need to share my broker login?

For EA execution, log in to your broker through your own MetaTrader terminal. For MetaAPI execution, connect your broker account inside your own MetaAPI account, then enter the MetaAPI account ID, access token and region in this dashboard.

Can I copy Arabic or custom-format signals?

Support depends on the actual message format. Preview your Arabic or custom message in the free signal tester above and review the parsed fields. Premium and Enterprise include AI Recognition for more flexible formats. A readable preview confirms the message format, not trade execution.

Can I use different lot sizes for different MT accounts?

Yes. Within your plan's MT-account limit, linked accounts can use different lot sizes even when receiving signals from the same Telegram source. Configure the sizing settings for each receiving account.

Which IP address does my broker see?

For EA execution, the broker connection comes from the PC or VPS running your MetaTrader terminal. For MetaAPI execution, it comes from MetaAPI's infrastructure.
